All prices are listed in [Currency] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Custom orders may require additional time and are non-refundable once the production has started.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping times range from 3–7 business days. For custom or pre-order dresses, timelines may vary. Oyil Boutique is not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure.

3. Return & Exchange
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging. Custom or altered products are non-returnable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
